Hi so i googled this out of interest after watching a show where someone who filed a restraining order deliberately broke it. And this came up. Why does it appear that women are always seen as the victim and as if they have no rights. This had nothing to do with what i searched

That's why some laws and even legal definitions are specifically gendered to benefit women.

This is also the reason why when we search for feminism we come across "women's rights", "gender equality" etc. Whereas the feminist movement is simply a segregationist movement against men as described in the founders' books. We find ourselves in exactly the same situation as the origin of Nazism. Everything was described in Hitler's book (mein kampf) years before and yet everyone ignored the truth. Here it is exactly the same. The treatment reserved for men is even worse than the treatment reserved for Jews.
