Oh trust me. No need to bar. Much better they get dropped through Voir Dire process. Any defense attorney worth their salt would address this. The thought of a proud feminist espousing her view on "believe all women" and then being summarily dismissed with cause would be awesome.

If you think that's bad these people think they are mentally fit to discuss rape and sexual assault. They are not and I'm amazed that people seriously seek advice from them on anything never mind the legal aspects.

It's absolutely ridiculous the double standard out there a woman makes a claim and she's instantly believed but if a man makes the same claim he has to go about legally proving it I recently heard a story about a woman who slapped a man because she thought he pitched her ass the cops refused to invest however you know if the situation had been reversed the man would have been charged with domestic assault and probably sexual misconduct so yeah anyone who has ever showed a message that believe all women has no right being on a hury

I was on a jury and the case was about a women who was pregnant and ignored all prenatal care. She had an issue and ignored what the doctor said, twice. We had the doctors notes for each visit. Then she had a real problem and sued the doctor. The women on the jury all immediately sided with the woman and refused to discuss. The men either sided with the doctor or at least wanted to discuss. One woman juror said to me “you don’t have a vagina so you are unqualified to give an opinion on this case”. It’s ironic they the lawyers and judge didn’t disqualify me.
