What I think "be a man" or take it like a man" should mean

We always hear this phrase of " be a man" as if we are supposed to be strong and not cry or complain of your own suffering but I think the actual meaning of "be a man" is not letting society define you and your perpose as a man. Men deserve to have a free will on what their propose as men are and not just let society dictate it for them because men are human beings too, not slaves to women and society. Be a man means having the courage to define your own path and purpose as a man not let those around you define it for you
