Consider the following, what separates adult sexual acts from acts of sexual violence. With the exception of one person state of mind? Is this not a near impossible crime by nature to actually prosecute?

Rape is no longer even violent. It's been dumbed down considerably, thanks to these same shrieking feminists.

It’s largely subjective, when it’s not a blatant attempt to gain some sort of advantage. Property crimes and crimes of physical violence are more objective, though even there, an accused person can say, “Well, I had to do it because I was oppressed etc.”

When the police no longer tamper with evidence and obstruct justice to gain convictions from innocent defendants, we expect the rate of convictions to drop. The goal of the justice system should be to discern the truth and punish the guilty.

Men may have been wrongly jailed because of withheld evidence, head of Crown Prosecutiont Service concedes. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/11/13/men-may-have-wrongly-jailed-withheld-evidence-head-cps-concedes/

"To pervert the course of course of justice, any one of the three acts below must be carried out: Intimidating or interfering with a case witness, juror or judge; The disposal, or fabricating, of evidence;" https://www.inbrief.co.uk/offences/perverting-the-course-of-justice/

Or stop ignoring the grooming gangs. But ... you know, "das raycis"

This is how feminists operate, they manipulate the public, especially other women with fear. Imagine hating men so much that they consider a drop in rape cases to be a bad thing. Given what we know about the head of the crown prosecution service ( She was a feminist with an axe to grind against men and conspired to withhold evidence that meant a whole bunch of cases were compromised ) it doesn't surprise me then that there are others within the criminal justice system still trying to attack men as a whole and make it out that following due process means people are trying to protect rapists.

Violent rapes are so rare these days, that the feminist simply have to be constantly expanding the definition of rape to keep their rape racket going. Rape has become a racket, a full on industry of frauds, from rape kits, to rape counselors to rape programs, to rape counselling, and rape crisis centers. These people working there NEED for rape to occur to keep their jobs, millions in funding, etc.

Feminist need due process thrown out, they need for rape to occur, to keep their racket going. Why would you pay for security in an area with no crime. A racketeer must ensure a constant wave of crime to make their services valuable, a smashed out window here, an old lady robbed there a druggie injecting over there. Feminist need to expand the rape laws to ensure they can keep their rape crisis center jobs. If no rape occurs, then just change the definition to make previously legal acts, illegal.

Lets not forget that the UK has victims funds paid by government to victims of crime. That in and of itself is incentive to use more scrutiny in pursuing subject/weak cases

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It’s certainly an incentive to game the system.

Ultimately our evidence and a lot more information on what is actually happening will come out. We are seeking leave to appeal. We will not stop.”

Women and girls collective vs CPS. Facts should be out about both of the parties those are fully feminist oriented. Lot of dirt will be and should be flown, only then truth will come out.

What

[–]perplexedm 6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

"The End Violence Against Women (EVAW) coalition accused the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) of encouraging prosecutors to remove “weak” cases from the system."

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

How dare they remove weak cases! Lol

[–]EricAllonde 4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's a slippery slope from there to acquitting innocent men, and we can't let that happen!

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Believe women blah blah blah 😒

[–]ZimbaZumba 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

A drop in convictions is perhaps due to a drop in the number of rapes? Surely they should be celebrating.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Whether it’s that or just a more careful examination of the evidence behind each claim, I’m happy either way.

The stats are all over the place, but even Susan Brownmiller admits she has no proof for her claim that fewer than 2 percent of rape allegations are false.

Does the UK have less immigrants, by chance? It would explain the fallen rape prosecutions... You know, you've had had a problem there with Pakistani's for about 30 years...
