Well put. I'll say the root of believe all women may actually be well meaning, but naiive. At its core I think it's questioning why someone would ever lie about being raped.. what would be the motivation etc. But it's oversimplification and completely takes away any benfit if doubt to the accused. Just because it doesn't make sense in the surface or from a very simplistic view that they'd have nothing to gain doesn't mean it's true... We all know women who'd rather see everything go down in flames (including themselves) just to spite someone.

And yes .. the moment you skip due process and just day you have to believe this person that's scary.. and having said all the above no man will ever get the believe the 'victim' mentality even though I'd argue a man is far less likely to come forward unless it was legitimate
