Given how devastating a false allegation can be, I’m considering having women fill out a consent form for us both to sign the first time I have a sexual encounter with a woman. Maybe also a short video beforehand stating consent and a video afterwards showing that the person was happy with what transpired.

Wondering if anyone has done this and how it’s gone over.

EDIT: it’s less about actually using it as evidence and more about weeding people out. Someone who is willing to jump through those hoops is less likely to make allegations down the line
