The mother needs to be charged with child endangerment. If she had succeed, she would have almost guaranteed her son killing himself.

Apparently the mother has said "I knew my boy was a girl when he chose to play with dolls when he was ~2-3 years old". This is how biased that mother is to push her own ideas onto her own son.
