The article starts out with fear mongering talking about someone that died of cancer. It then claims they are certain that HPV is a cause of cancer and that HPV is a seriously big problem for both genders even though it is not a very common form of cancer and is a relatively mild form of cancer. It then goes through some of the history of research done by the vaccine manufacturer Merck which found that they could not prove there was a link between HPV, vaccine, and pre-cancerous lesions in the throat. Finally they get to the "new evidence"

2009 and 2016 ... HPV strains ... declined 37% in unvaccinated men — those strains went from infecting 2.7% of unvaccinated men to 1.6% of unvaccinated men.

They then claim that they are certain that if more men were vaccinated the numbers would be better. The new evidence is that HPV is disappearing without the vaccine.

In Australia over the last decade there has been a decline in the incidence of low-grade squamous dysplasia across all age groups, particularly noticeable in women aged 20 to 24 years. This change predated introduction of the national vaccination program. The incidence of high-grade squamous dysplasia has also fallen in young women, with the fall in rate beginning well before any plausible effect from the vaccination program, but with slight but significant increases in older age groups.
