I've discussed sexism against men numerous times with male friends of mine; but never with women. I once asked a female friend of mine via text why men are expected to make the first move, she never was able to justify her privilege (she just ignored the texts)

Anyways, back to this. Three of my acquaintances (2M, 1F) and I were waiting for someone for a meeting. The conversation turned to formal wear and one to the male acquaintances talked about how men are expected to dress up more in an office environment. I got excited and jumped on in, debating the female acquaintance on it like crazy. Running out of arguments, she started talking about the "wage gap" lie. I did how it is simply women working less hours, because they are not expected to earn and provide. At this point, she lost it and she said that she can no longer continue the debate. Not wanting everyone to hate me, I let her go. And for the rest of our meeting, my comments became a meme people kept bringing up.

I'm happy though that I was able to stand up for men's issues against feminist nonsense
