Men are treated like second class citizens in Canada. Being discriminated against for employment is just the one thing, in law is the next.

Although you may not agree with it, we need laws to protect men from employment discrimination.

I'm the first person to admit that men are treated terribly when it comes to children. We're assumed to be predators first and parents second, and I've encountered it first hand, multiple times.

But this asshole is a vexatious litigant, not a babysitter looking for a job. His real job is taking people to the cleaners by abusing process and human rights legislation.

Parents should be able to hire anyone they want and discriminate against anyone they want, when it comes to their own Children. Their role is to protect their children and sometimes they need to follow their gut instinct.

Umm, what? It's a valid fucking question. It gives the interviewer insight on any additional first-hand experience with children. It's also just a soft ice-breaker question to lead into deeper questions that matter.
