"Normal" people are sexually attracted to sexually mature-looking people. There are 14 year-olds of both sexes that can look like they are 8 or 24. If I saw a woman that had all the signs of sexual maturity (breasts, hips, etc) wearing adult clothing and makeup and she was attractive, I would find that appealing. If I discovered she was 14, I wouldn't ask her out or try to have sex with her or anything, but I would still be physically attracted to her. That's not a switch that can be turned off (no pun intended), and it doesn't make me a pedophile. As I understand pedophilia, they are attracted to sexually immature-looking people. Different kettle of fish, altogether.
