Recently copied western laws in India are capable of wreaking havoc in Indian family and societal system. Because, they copied with without considering local realities which are extremely different than that of west.

Laws to protect women are most abused kinds.

Add to that openly feminist judges in Supreme court which even said Indian constitution is feminist.
