This is a great reminder but one thing that is missing imho is that men/women or boys/girls do not always express their emotions in the same way.

I’m a woman but I’ve noticed throughout my life that my male friends, father, brother and young nephews often express their grief or sadness in more physical ways. It is important for us all to not assume that the only way to express sadness is by crying.

Just my 2 cents as I’ve noticed a lot of this conversation at least on social media seems to assume the best way for men to express emotion is the same way women tend to.

"Lacking masculine traits and therefor making up for it by being macho", ironically he's literally practising macho culture by calling other men "lacking in masculine traits".

I love how it's still on men to change. Never mind the heaping fuckton of misandry piled on men DAILY, the lack of services or care whether medically or socially, but even if you do experience issues... Its on you just stop and change. Fuck this guy

As usual, men need to change. It's never society or institutions that need to change to accomodate to men's needs. Fuck him and fuck everyone else who parrots this rubbish. Men are not broken things that have to be mended, men are downtrodden by misandrous biases and suffering in a gynocentric society.

Thx, is it ok if I vent, so I don't want pity nor upvotes, recently my grandma died, she raised me to be strong and how men have to be strong due to how the world is, she told she rather not have me nor any child in the world and would rather have us in a world that's peaceful so that we could live life without worry and be happy....so if ur reading this spread some positivity to those around u, and to spend time with those around u as much as possible and make people happy, even if we live in a decent society, we can make it better.
