How the hell does a college/university feel it's acceptable to hide evidence/silence accusations of almost 200 independent sexual assault victims over an almost 30 year timeframe? If it was female athletes/students the entire school would probably be shut down and every individual faculty member involved in the cover-up investigated.

the Silence at the University, the shaming of these men, the silence of so many men is exactly what Shepard Bliss meant when he coined the term, Toxic masculinity. This is what society does to men and boys, and it was never about men asking women out on dates, two boys wrestling, or any of the bullshit these feminist misandrist keep tossing out.

Not sure why this is title ix. The law has a 180 day statue of limitations. A state law equivalent might extend that and most statutes of limitations will extend for a time beyond the victim turning 18. Still, the doctor in question here retired in 97 and died in 2005.
