Women need to be held accountable for the ways they mistreat others. So do men. So what's the solution?

Honestly I am wondering more and more why we sit around on our computers arguing about this kind of stuff. We would all have more civil and more productive conversations about this kind of stuff if we met in person to talk about it rather than talking at each other through the internet.

We're all at fault somehow, you know? Men aren't worse than women, women aren't worse than men. We've just all got problems. Why do we resort to arguing about this stuff on the internet, effectively not doing much at all to fix the situation?
