I go out a good bit to bars and clubs on the weekend and these days, I am running into quite a few white girls that have dark hair and a light tan to go with it. At times I can tell it isn't natural, like Katy Perry has this sort of look even though she is naturally a blonde.

Is it the modern day version of girls not wanting to be Barbie anymore?

Another question, are these girls more receptive to going for minorities and non-whites since they are trying to look less white by making their hair dark and skin tanned?
