Idk but my first instinct is just bring her to a boot store and buy her a pair. Same with the other cloths. And if she wears them, make sure she knew you like them.

here's what you do:

buy her an outfit to wear specifically on a date.

so for example, with the cowboy boots & hat, say "I'm taking you out on x-day and i got you an outfit to wear." then go take her line-dancing. and you got to dance your heart out & make sure she has a blast. (like seriously, if she doesn't enjoy herself, it's pointless.)

do similarly for any outfit you want her to wear. if she associates the outfit with fun, she will be more open to wearing it without pressure from you.
