I see other men often engaging in trash talking but sometimes it really gets to me what others say to me. I don't have a good relationship with the male dominance hierarchy and the battle for being higher on that hierarchy. I just feel uncomfortable and like it's unnessecary to put others down to be dominant.

Anyone any experience/perspective on this?
