From this post:

One of the most common instances of Dread Game at work is the classic example of the guy suddenly deciding to hit the gym to lose that overshadowing 40 lbs. Many men report a noticeable improvement in their sex life, as well as, usually, an improvement in the girls behavior.

I'm gymming for 3 weeks as of now and only received first question about it yesterday and only after I dreaded my wife for 4 days maybe. Today I went to make some style improvements in my beard and it was questioned also. I treated her questions as shit-tests and answered vaguely.

What made you start exercising? - Life. - What are your goals? - Become healthier.

Assuming all above I just expect a question about cheating, though I can't see any safe answer to it. Truth (I'm not cheating) is not an option as it kills the dread game immediately. The only answer I think safe is changing the topic and counter-questioning something like "I'm getting better, this is my will, can't see any problems, do you?"
