Well first make sure she's actually in an open marriage and not lying! Otherwise you could be having crazy knocking on you door, so make sure you get proof/confirmation that she's in an open marriage.

In regards to what approach to take, I wish I had a better answer than "approach like you would any other broad" because that's what I would do despite never dealing with a broad in an open marriage. I've had swingers take interest in me but I was blue pilled then and thought it was weird that the husband/boyfriend is there too. To be honest I still think it's weird.
