Just call him a faggot, either he stops or he escalates.

If he escalates, thats good, because since youve been lifting, training in martial arts, and been going to the gun range, you can defend yourself and end his misery.

So you call him a faggot he says what did you say you say i said youre a faggot then he stands up gets in your face then you pull out a gun and point it at him and then it goes one of two ways:

He gets scared like a bitch - you win

He some how is still brave and says 'what are you gonna do, shoot me like a bitch?" Then you shoot him and he dies - you win

No one will mess with you after that
