TL;DR

Abusive sister was abusing senior citizen parents and brother on a daily basis. One day, while getting abused by sister, the father felt sharp chest pain and thought was having a heart attack. Even while seeing her father in extreme chest pain, she didn't stop screaming even when his brother requested to do so. Sister didn't stop and father's discomfort increased so brother slapped the sister to shut her up and took father to the hospital. After that, brother got sued by her sister and was sent to jail and even lost his job.
