This video is a repost, in the original video the comments below gave the backstory, that she is a dancer at the club behind them, he says something bad about her, she gets pissed and strikes the dude in the face, then other people get involved, video starts...he's being held, she walks up slaps/punches him again for the 2nd time, he has enough, decides to finally punch back against the aggressor. Also, as you can see at the end the guy in grey free's the defendent, because he saw everything, and knew that the people believing the girls story were wrong. As for "Eatenplace7439" How bout you watch the video, even that shows that she strikes him first while hes being held, that there, is called assault, you know when someone strikes you, shit even if someone spit on you that is considered assault, and you can defend yourself accordingly, you know spit can transfer diseases, so as well as assault you could maybe call that biological terror?

He didn't hit her in self-defense. He got pissed and hit her out of anger. There is no excuse for that kind of action, ever. Hitting a human being, man or woman, simply out of anger is pathetic.

PS: All people involved in that clip were pieces of shit, but he was no victim.
