I read the synopsis on it a while back and the social commentaries around it. The feminists complained it would give men ammo for their side while others said it about time that a strong villainous woman was played because it was 'empowering'.

I decided then to 'nope' the hell out of watching it. Sell controversy elsewhere, I'm all stocked up here.
