Non white women would often uphold the eurocentric beauty standards that are apparently working against them, sometimes they would do thus at the expense of the self esteem of non white men, the moment it becomes a problem to them is when they become a victim to it(for example, they will talk about how they felt emotional pain when a guy that they have a crush on goes on to date an "average looking white woman").
