I wanna share some unexpected surprise that we got at work, and one more reason why I love my company.

Every month we get an awareness mail, and this month about ChatGPT... But today we got a second one, which is unusual.

And its different from the others, it contains a PDF and a big text that says SEXUAL ABUSE AT WORK! DON'T ALLOW IT!

I started to read a bit, but the first part was talking about "discrimination because of gender", but on my department we are all men, so I just ignored and keep working.

But later, we took another look to the document, with the expectations that is gonna be some feminist male discrimination thing... But we were so wrong.

The document was quite serious, talking always in neutral terms without privilege to any gender. Treating both genders with equality and asking to respect both!

We were speechless, always that the topic came out on the media, school, TV or wathever it's usually the same story. Mens are monsters, womens are always the victim, we have to punish men... But this time, the document was asking for rights for the men and the women equally! No "enemy", no "back and white", no privileged gender, trully equality!

Its super nice to see something like this, and even if my city, social media and surroundings seem to hate men and call it "justice", it's nice to know that at least here will be true justice and I won't have to worry.

Small step charged with hope that I wanted to share today. Hope you guys can find safe spaces too!
