There's been no update since I last posted that, work has gone super busy for me and wife and I co-exist well as parents. Assumption has been we both follow through during summer.

Flash forward to couple days ago. Wife and I are getting kids ready and my wife's phone is ringing. She says "it's prob my dad, can you pick up?" (Me and her dad are v cool). I pick the phone up.

Yep you guessed it.

A few things:

1) she doesn't know I know.

2) Can I/should I confront her about this ? Reason I ask is bc SHE asked for divorce initially but has not filed paperwork etc.

3) is this adultery? I read a text exchange, I know nothing else.

4) can I now file for divorce instead of her on these grounds?
