She should go to jail for at least 20 years, the consequences for the man would be worse than death. He would have his life destroyed, no support whatsoever and would rot in hell for the rest of his life or old age.

She should be sentenced to the time the man would have received had he been charged, found guilty and sentenced.

When men who were falsely accused of sexual assault maintain their innocence in prison it can negatively effect their chances for early release or parole because they’re seen as being in denial about the crime. The man will be punished for insisting that there are only four lights.

There's a long way between charged and convicted and serving a sentence. SOP now dictates this charge gets dropped quietly after we're all not paying much attention and if they're challenged on why it will be another "chilling effect on other victims" card-flip. The Sisterhood cannot allow a legal precedent to be set that false allegations might be punished, so if the DA tries to take it to trial he'll be labeled a misogynist and likely lose his job in the next election.

Any person regardless of gender who knowingly & willfully makes a false accusation against someone for a crime they know the person they're accusing didn't commit should automatically face legal consequences of the exact same nature & severity as the accused person would have faced had they in fact, committed the crime(s).
