Learn to ride a motorcycle, sport bikes have insane fuel economy and they ride the same on U.S. or European roads.

Take up camping, when traveling around State Parks are far cheaper than hotels if you only plan to stay in an area a night.

Approach and game everyone sometimes the story you hear from a 70 year-old retirery will give you better long term value than another night of sex.

Hostels are great for game, especially the ones with bars in them. A bar full of 20 year old girls? Yes please. Plus, hostels are a great place to practice your social skills.

If you don't have access to hostels in your destination, try to network with your traveller demographic that you're inevitably surrounded by. There are plenty of solo travellers alongside you. On trains, planes, buses, you name it.
