I work in a kitchen so I can give some input here. This is one of the few industries where dating coworkers is pretty common and not really frowned upon. Kitchens are not normal work environments. Anyone who hasn't workrd in a kitchen and just regurgitates "don't shit where you eat, bro!" shouldnt even post here. That being said I recommend not banging any servers (bang their friends) but they can be easy pickings.

A lot of servers drink after work. Go out with them couple's times or to a party with them, get their number, ask them out. Odds are they smoke weed so of you don't that might hurt your chances.

Also you need to be toward the attractive end of the spectrum for the restaurant. They aren't gonna risk their reputation by banging and ugly coworker. If you're hot they won't care. We hired this 18 year old dishwasher who was just jacked to the gills and was like legit a 9/10 and I never saw so many plusses get so wet at once whenever he walked in.

Be prepared because everyone is gonna know by the end of the week. You'll be labeled as a womanizer (not necessarily bad) by the chicks and if she's cute to the dudes you're gonna be the freaking man for nailing that hot server. You'll get maaad shit tests about it.

Just be normal and cool at work. Don't kiss her at work, don't flirt with her extra (more than before you banged). For this to work you're pretty much gonna have to flirt with everything with a vagina and basically be that super flirty guy.

The key though is you need to party with them. Super easy way in. But I suggest going after their friends while partying.

Easy. Don't take any shit from them, and don't do them any favors. Treat them like spoiled brats.

They'll squawk like hens at first, but if your smv is high enough, it'll turn them on, and they'll call you mean, or claim you 'hate' them.

If it isn't high enough, they'll complain to the beta manager white knight to help put you in your place.
