When I'm in such situation I try to make jokes, poke her stomach, grab her nose, grab her ears. All in a joking way, engage while you escalate, don't talk about a three and grab her shoulder or back, that's just weirder. Instead, just act like you can't keep your hands off her, in a joking manner, she will grow comfortable with you as you go.

next time you're out with her - take her to a place with a high top bar tables, you sit in one spot, have her sit at the spot 90 deg. to right or left, not across, so you're in touching range. standard banter and kino then ensue.

if possible, then progress to activities. such as pool, darts, etc. hell, i took my LTR with me and my 13 yr old son once to one of those entertainment centers where you can do the ninja warrior obstacle course type stuff, she had a blast, there was much escalated kino, and we banged like crazy when we got back to my place that night (son was in basement glued to his computer with headphones, never heard a thing!).

somewhere in all that, if she's really into you, you can create the opportunity for a kiss. or if things are otherwise going well, just ask her to come over to you, take her chin with your thumb and pointer finger and kiss her. if she's really shy and awkward, you might just need to lead her with direct action into things. take command.
