I said that most men over a certain level of looks can get some success from approaching women as long as they don’t have autism more severe than the high-functioning tier. A mod told me that I’m not allowed to say this because I’m not trained or licensed to diagnose people with autism and this is against Reddit TOS.
I never knew that what I said could be considered diagnosing people with autism. I thought about it and realized the mod has a point. If I make a claim about what non-autistic people are able to achieve, then aren’t I implicitly diagnosing with autism the people who aren’t able to achieve it?
Do statements that contain phrases like “if you’re autistic” and “as long as you aren’t autistic” imply diagnosis? Are we allowed to say things along the lines of “if you’re autistic” and “as long as you aren’t autistic” on this sub?
