In India, Housewife or house husband can't get compensation after divorce if they initiate the divorce. Only if earning husband and earning wife initiates a divorce the housewife or house husband gets money.

But I think in US wives get money even if she is the one initiating divorce. Am I correct?

However, there are no pre nup agreement as Marriage is 'Sacred' and not a 'business contract' except for Muslim men who were given different laws including prenups. Still signing a contract is not completely meaningless as it holds some weight in courts decisions. Once UCC law comes in India, I think we can have pre nups and also since Gen Z is more sensitive, marriage is less likely to go well and many people will demand pre nups especially Gen Z.
