STBXW may go on long-term sick leave mid-divorce. Assume it's do to with her ex AP being her boss as he now broke it off with her (funny that - guess its not the same once she became readily available...). Any UK-based guys with experience on this e.g. whether the judge will take the work affair into account when determining spousal payments? Atm we have roughly equal salaries and share custody 50/50 so would not have to make any spousal payments...
