Paso Robles first female police chief, Lisa Solomon, faced a bunch of sexual assault charges against her male officers in front of others, repeated affairs with same, and bearing a child out of wedlock from one of her lieutenants. In 2008 during Super Bowl weekend, she required her command staff to attend a workshop at a lodge. She ordered a mandatory meeting in a hot tub for all 7 officers there. After they got in the tub, she said "You wanna see boobs?'. She removed her top and rubbed her breasts in a commander's face. She then slid up to a Sargent and put her hand down his shorts and grabbed his penis. She then also groped a Lieutenant. During the investigation, she was NOT immediately put on administrative leave. Before the incident, she had been an officer there for 20 years. During those 20 years, one of her positions was Chair of the County Sexual Assault and Recovery Program.
