School, jobs, dating, laws, sex, and so on...

Yet, the response you hear in most of society and Reddit is "Men should catch up.", "Women worked hard for it.", and some other thing along those lines.

However, fact of the matter is, the human brain/mind isn't as unique nor individualistic as we make it to be and we only react to our own environment. If the majority of a particular group of people either fail or succeed then it's purely a systemic issue and not a question of personal achievement. If you don't agree with this argument then by the same token you're also saying that if black men do more crimes on average than other racial groups then it's because black men are inherently violent, aggressive, and dysfunctional which would be as you guessed it racist.

And by the same breath any admission that women's achievements are because women are just hard working and more resolute than men instead of a systemic injustice would be extreme sexism and misandry.

You'd think this is a solid enough argument, but no. What they usually say after this is if that is the case then why aren't men doing nothing about it, after all they hold most of the power, wealth, and influence in society. Classic apex fallacy of course because they lack the understanding of basic male psychology and how individual men are in the sense that we have no notion of in-group bias or collective thinking unlike women, heck we have the opposite men's out-group bias and their tendency to always choose a woman over a man. We also don't have the multitude of psychological and biological advantages women have in this aspect which makes the whole thing all the more complicated, AKA: There should be an awareness of all of these things and countries should be managed as such.

You'd once again think this is a valid and enough argument but you'd be wrong, after this you'll get well men should care for one another more and solve their own problems.

This one in some sense has some truth to it in the sense that men should stop being so white-knighty, cumbrained, and have some backbone for once. However, as we've learned from feminists there is such a thing as internalized-misandry, AKA: men being raised and conditioned to think and work against their group's collective interest. So, whose fault is it that men don't do that? Besides some biological tendencies of course? A gynocentric society which compromises of both men and women.

However, the most frustrating about all of this is, their group-think and stupid tribalism. There is no such a thing as women nor men in these discussions as we don't exist in a vacuum and we're more mashed up and complicated than some feminist seeking approval and some dopamine hit claims us to be. There is no such a thing as women have worked and gave themselves all of the things they have today, it was a joint effort by all of our society as perfectly illustrated by the recent Iran problems where the majority of casualties were in fact men for an issue that is predominantly affects women.

There is some grey news here and that is the explosion of manosphere related content which makes men as a group do a sort of double take at the whole situation, see that they've been duped, and of course reject what they were taught. There is also more discussions that are being held such as these where we finally dissect the life of the average man, see the nuance of it, and look out for his interest in a world that have clearly shown us would never stop as long as we're meek and just turn the other cheek. I think it's a step in the right direction although it unfortunately carries with it its own version of radicalization and illogical hate as with feminism.

We should never forget that as necessary as what happened/happening is so was feminism and so tread carefully in your relationship and discussions with women and know that they also have their own issues and if you just invalidate all of it well you don't really have to guess what their reaction would be as you're more or less in the same position and you know full well how it feels when someone just invalidates all of your shit and says your struggle is self-made and has no roots in reality, you look at them like ideological idiots which would be quite right and once that happens a relationship or a constructive discussion is no longer possible.
