Full text: 22F-Idk if this is TMI but if you’re very physically attracted to someone how do you deal with raw feelings in the moment

Even if I see him from several feet away honestly I instantly get ~excited in certain places and I can’t even talk to him properly, I feel like a 16 year old guy.

Is this normal?? I don’t want to partake in hookup culture but being so physically attracted to this person I don’t know how people control themselves, like he will be talking but my mind will literally just be saying “god he is cute” and I cannot think about anything else. How to stop lol
