Hey y'all, I'm totally new to all of this, but I was recently burned by a girl really badly and some people have advised me to come here and learn more.

The situation is that my (now ex) girlfriend and I had been together 2 years, and it was great the whole time. However, we got into a huge fight and we decided that it would be best if we took some space and time apart. It was my idea, since she complained about me being to needy and clingy. We both agreed to do no contact for 2 months and set a date to speak again. She told me that she didn't want to be with anyone else and that she was not interested in having sex or seeing other people. I trusted her.

The 2 months go by and we keep up no contact, and I worked hard to improve myself. The set date arrives I send her a letter. I wait a few days: no response. I panic, but I try not to be needy or clingy. I send her a Facebook message. Still no response. I feared that she blocked me, so I logged on to her Facebook and discovered that not only did she have sex with another man less than 3 weeks after we stopped contacting each other, I discovered that she actually made a trip during our relationship many months earlier to go have sex with a soldier on a military base. She also sent nudes to other men, and had profiles on multiple dating sites. She also was working on as a sugar baby 3 months after we started dating, and may have had sex for money. To make matters even worse, I read countless messages of her talking to her exes and other people about me, saying horrible things. She even told one of her friends that she would "spit on my grave" if I died and no one would come to my funeral since "everyone hates him." She also said to her friends that she is glad I am out of her life and will never speak to me again.

The icing on the cake is that while I wasn't blocked from her messenger, I never saw any of her wall posts. I was individually excluded from viewing them, and she had posted countless photos since then with friends and parties and all sorts of BS. I loved this girl with all of my heart and we talked about marriage and I was getting ready to propose in a year. I spent over 1000 dollars and countless hours I can't get back on a surprise I had made for her when we would speak again. I also found that almost all of my "friends" were complicit with her as well and have been talking and disparaging me behind my back. I was so angry and upset, and I confronted her with everything I found out. Her only response: "Sorry, I'm a shitty person. Please don't talk to me anymore."

I really feel like I made some major beta male mistakes in my whole relationship and I am having real difficulty trusting any other women now. My ex was in therapy a lot for anxiety disorders, and may have had BPD. Are all women really this shitty? And if so, how can I proceed from here and learn the skills to find quality women? I've started reading Return of Kings, is there anything else I can do?
