Are we all equal under the law? Of course not. False accuser routinely get away with it because, apparently, if they were punished that would deter real victims from reporting, this whilst (at least where i live) there are laws in place that encourage this kind of behaviour: free housing, money (the average unemployment pay but whit no time limit), free specialised lawyers etc. Men are also convicted of rape with no evidence other than "the victim's testimony was believable".
