I am being gaslighted by my relatives and threatened if I record with prison and lawsuits, they evicted me and now when they walk by me they scream at me and make fun of my mental states, I am in California am I allowed to record? I feel like screaming at me for hours every day then calling police saying I "might be armed" isnt going well for me, one of the relatives got me ill and took me in so I trusted them, I lost everything during and now I face street alone, please advise me.
