I fidget a lot too. Tapping my foot. Always moving. Touching objects. I think it's just how I am. I lift 2 hours a day 6 days a week, doesn't change anything

Be mindful. Whenever you catch yourself doing it, just stop it - don't get angry at yourself, just be aware that you're doing it and stop it. It will happen again and again, but each time just repeat, become aware and consciously stop fidgeting.

Over time you will break the habit.

I have started doing this. However, when I am, for example, sitting at a desk, I don't know what to do with my hands, so I find that the most natural thing to do is hold a pen with both. However, I must stop doing this.

You're still thinking about it the wrong way. This will not stop instantly, you will gradually teach your muscles not to do it. Just be disciplined and you will succeed. Never think: "Fuck! I keep doing it!", just accept that you're aware that it happened again and tell yourself: "Ok, I have to stop doing it, now.".

Soon enough you'll say to yourself: "holy shit, I'm figetting way less!".
