Violence against men should be treated just as bad as violence against women and children

The one that pisses me off is, for example, "the [ IDF ] / [ Hamas ] has killed women and children". . .as if killing women is somehow worse than killing men.

The double standards are incredible.

It hurts to read this, because it is something I see constantly repeated: the male as a replaceable being, bait, sometimes even deluded by a moral duty, perhaps neurally programmed, to give his life, or worse, being forced to give his life because his life is considered less than that of a woman.

Sometimes, when I watch the news and see wars, I can't help but obviously feel lucky not to live through that horror, but on the other hand, it makes me want to cry because I know that I could very probably have easily died in that situation, and no one, in the sands of time, would remember me.

My solidarity with all the innocent victims, with all those men who have no voice or ability to express their pain.

I seen the new add campaign for the new ways police are being trained for domestic violence.

Couple are fighting argueing. The mother with baby in arm which is being used as a shield as she goes him and argues back. Father calls the cops and he's taken in.

It was on the news happened quick. If anyone has seen it let me know if that's what you took from it.

I hear so many stories, mine included. I'm not perfect nor is anyone else. I never abused mentally or physically my family but through lies and not enough money to fight to prove my innocence to be a father I havnt been able to see my daughter grow up. 4 years.

There's more to that story aswell but well leave it there. I'm not saying anyone's wrong or right. She did what she thought was right.

The problem is the system and we all know this. It's disgusting and cruel to all involved especially the children. There are men out there that cop a beating emotionally and physically everyday and they take it because that's what men do right? Do the right thing lads. Go see you're mates and open up. Record it when it happens, audio and visual. With the system we have we have minimal hope without proof.

I do acknowledge that it goes both ways there are abusive females and males. To clear that up. There are good women out there.
