I have a terrible judge and he is about to retire in March. We are in the article 8 part. It’s taken almost 3 years! I want to get passed this biased judge. What are some tactics I can use to stall or prevent this judge from hearing the rest of this article 8? Please any advice is greatly appreciated. I’m in NYS if that helps. Thanks!!!
