OK this might be a long post - recently I have become a lot more confident in myself, especially after going through a period of depression and finding a faith in God. Anywho, I have extraordinary plans for what i want to do with the rest of my life. These involve plenty of things including sleeping with a lot of women and having a lot of money.
Now then, as I have taken a step back from the normal college life, im 21 and not in school at the moment, I have delved into passions and exploring what I like to do in life and how that relates to my social relationships. Obviously, being surrounded by people who make me feel good and women who want to sleep with me is an important part of all of this. Now, I read some red pill and think that some of the nuances that women do need not be tests that you need to overcome etc. I think that is pretty robotic and I dislike it. But I digress - Right now in my life I no longer hang out with most of my former friends because when I was feeling depressed they talked behind my back about me and wanting to "help" me, which I see as a slanderous undermine when I tell them Im doing better than ever, more confident than ever. They think there is something wrong with me. Anyways I have been invited to go visit a group of peers back at college and I wonder whether I should go - that is the point of this post
On one hand, I feel the need to go and set the record straight that I am doing well and confident, etc. I think not going, even though I am in a tumultuous time, is a sign of weakness. I certainly would be nervous as not only have there been those BS rumors, but also have had some malicious things said to my face by some of these guys that I allowed.
On the other hand, why do I even care to prove myself to this group of people that will probably only hold me back from very ambitious goals. Why not just use my time here at home more and more wisely, discipline myself, get a job at some social location like a restaurant, and start anew.
The point is- I still have a lot of work to do with human relations and maintaining my dignity, I will attest that I am still learning but have become a lot more skeptical of what other people say vs what they mean. And i need to do this work. I dont think I should go, I think I should keep up the good work here at home and meet some new people elsewhere at a job. I think I should leave the old high school group alone for the time being because for some reason or another they dont understand me and often undermine me - Im doing something remarkable with my life and they continue to live like a cookie cutter. Im still working on my confidence and specifically to be more relaxed instead of tense or angry. And Ive set a plan to start writing down things that make me angry/sad and attributing positive ideas to those things and exploring the good sides of those negative experiences. I realize this is a long post and I have mostly made up my mind but what does this community think about all of what I have to say? Thanks
