According to this paragraph,

Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Has this article established some unfair privileges of motherhood over fatherhood? And was it not a mistake to accept this article in such an edition? After all, the legislation of many countries is based not least on the UDHR developing family law. Shouldn't we engage in activism to change this article? Is this possible one day?
