Can’t tell if this girl is genuinely interested in me?

First off rule of thumb, always come up with the plans. A girl wants to be led not to be a leader, also you’re seeming too available. Ask her when she is available and go from there, if you seem too available all the time it’s a turn off. Now she has been saying she is busy and not offering an alternate meet up date so that means she is low interest right now BUT she is still slightly interested. What you need to do is find out when she is available and plan something, during those plans a move needs to be made. She needs to be let known that you want her so make some type of gesture that you want to be more than friends. If she doesn’t react like she wants you too then keep her as a friend, it will help you be comfortable around women you find attractive and will help you stay calm and be more smooth in different situations.
