I'm young, unable to drive without a parent young, so texting with the objective to set up a date isn't an option for me, School is out this week too. So I can only text girls on Instagram and stay in contact, but I'm not sure what to text in order to spark something through text and raise my value, instead of me being another guy that text them.. Do I just wait until school starts again or should I text? And what do I text exactly?

Each girl is different btw, some are hecka popular and talk to a lot of dudes, some don't interact much but will talk and have fun during stuff like uno, etc, then go back to being quiet and doing their own thing on their phone.
