So in all honesty, the way you wingman whilst in a relationship has to be respectful of your relationship. What I did when I was in a relationship and wanted to wingman was I would never be 1 on 1 with the girl, and I would establish myself as my friends wingman!
Also having your gf as your phone wallpaper is an easy, indirect way, of bringing her up without bringing her up!
