Yup, I’m not denying that she’s attracted to you, just saying that work relations can be complicated but it depends where you work too. If it’s a shit job that you wouldn’t mind ditching or don’t plan on staying for long definitely go for it

Older women typically know how to be discreet. However, pissing near/into your supper dish is always a bad idea (I broke that rule and lived to regret it-on top of constant stink eye, she fed the work’s rumor mill with enough trash to keep it churning for a year (I’ve also had the opposite where everything was cool after separating-I credit that to her being 10yrs older than me.). Don’t listen to this guy. She prolly wants some dick and attention, not love. I used to work as a clerk for social services in my late teens and early 20’s and had the time of my life. I took down about 7 women between the 2 offices I worked at and they were all more than 5 years older than me except for 1. None of them were looking for love, they just wanted to have fun.
