Right now, you are like that homosexual friend that she confides in. It’s not necessarily the worst place to be in, which is what it seems often portrayed to be. But she doesn’t see you as somebody to take charge of her body and soul. She sees you as a friend. You will have to break that dynamic. Even though it shouldn’t, there is a small chance this could cost you the friendship. So you might want to think about that for a second. The fact that you guys hugged already is actually a pretty good thing because you have already broken the touch barrier and you should work a little more on that to spark some physical attraction. The first step is already done. But do take it slow and make sure to read the room. But many women are agreeable to that verbally but it takes a little more to actually have them act on it.
